Ghulam Ali and Asha soon to release a new album together..
BIG Music has released its latest album – Generations, which sees Ghulam Ali and Asha Bhosle coming together after nearly two decades with their latest renditions.
Composed by Ghulam Ali’s son Amir Ali, Generations’ is a romantic album with light romantic lyrics.
BIG Music & Home Entertainment CEO Kulmeet Makkar said, “It is indeed a great honor for Big Music to release Generations. It is an album filled with soulful melody and emotions. Ghulam Ali and Asha Bhosle are undoubtedly two of the most renowned and established musicians in the industry and we are proud to bring one of their finest works to the listeners.”
Bhosle added, “I began my career in 1943. Ghulam Ali began his musical journey after mine and his son Aamir is just starting his. There are three ‘generations’ in this album. Keeping this in mind, BIG Music aptly titled the album Generations, as it denotes artistes from different times and eras, yet coming together to create what they know best. Soon, the artistes of my ‘generation’ will take their place in the annals of time. What will remain for future ‘generations’ is their legacy and dedicated work in musical works like this album. I am happy to be featured on this album and I thank BIG Music for bringing us all together and for keeping melody alive in these dark ages of music. I hope that past, present and future ‘generations’ appreciate Generations.”
Ali added, “I wonder how Asha Bhosle managed to do so much as an artiste. What she has achieved in one lifetime is almost like a dream come true for any performer. I have the honour and pleasure of performing with her and always look forward to our musical journey together.”
The 12 track bonanza, Generations features songs like ‘Socho Mei Gum Kyoon Hoon’, ‘Shaam Se’, ‘Naina Re’, and ‘Dheere Dheere’ amongst others.

Kafi time bad Aashaji aur Gulam Aliji ka albam jankar Khushi hui. meri aur se iske liye Aashaje ko Hardik Shubhakamnaye. Aashi je aapane legacy ke bad koi aur naya Classical bas par audio ya vidio jari nahi kiya he. mera nivedan he plz. plz kuch chuninda rago ka ek short Albam jari karne par bhi koshis kare. aapke suro ko long timetak sunane ka awasar abhitak nahi mil saka he.
Jab aap Gwalior program dene aaye the me aapse milna chahta tha par mujhe bataya gaya aap rehalsal kar rahe he. mene aapke room ke bahar se bhi aapke swaro ko suna, par abhi man nahi bhara he. plz classicalbase pe kuch rago ka mishran jarur jarur jari kare.

Asha tai, tumcha shreedhar phadke barobar ek navin album yenar hota? waat baghto ahe . tya madhe indira sant etc che geete ahet.please lavkar release kara.ani kahi english songs pan kara.

ASHA the name itself a pure n honest revelled n she is the the best singer among the universe i thig if i been write a book on asha bhosle how much the water in the sea around the world that much ink in a pen would be not enough for me with her better perfomance n really ashaji n lataji sacrifice their for the whole world it self they prove that saraswati is present somewhere between us thank a lot with great hearted
